just got back from my run
and i feel great!:)))
ok
i know this is dumb
but running's pretty good
esp when u feel the wind blowing on ya face
and a sense of satisfaction aft finishing that certain number of rounds

i love short short days:)))
then some adobe workshop on sat
then off to meet lt and pork darls for dinner date
