was flipping thru some of my stuff
and i found this..
Who is a leader?
A person who:
-leads by example
-is a "servant" not a dictator
-willing to sacrifice
-able to take constructive criticism
-is firm, yet tactful
-is able to control the people
-is aware of the progress of the unit
-is a good communicator, independent and decisive individual
-has humanity for others
-is sensitive to the needs for others
make me remember those days again
i miss those times in np
missed my sqmates
the four great years we have spent tgther
though sometimes there are tears and tension
but we all went thru that together
and created bonds stronger than before
hope every single sq in cedar NP can form strong friendships
and enjoy the 4 yrs together
crater's having their nco camp soon
all the best to u all
hope u will understand the true meaning of leadership
hope the camp makes u all a stronger individual
and at the same time a closer knitted squad
im praying for u all...
